What Does this urine And Blood Test Result Mean?
my blood and urine report are as follows. please advise me is there any infection in the urine to be treated with medicine. treating doctor informed me i have mild typhoid. Moreover pregnancy is positive. Is this affect my fetus growth? your kind advise is highly appreciated.
Blood platelet count: 3.88 laksh/CUMM
Blood widal: ST "O" positive 1:80
ST "H" positive 1:80
Blood MP - Negative
Urine Albumin - Trace
Urine Deposits - 4 to 6 PUS CELLS
2 to 4 EPITHELIAL CELLS / HPF
Urine Bile salt - negative
Urine Bile pigment - negative
urine sugar - nil

Urine analysis findings may suggests UTI(urinary tract infection).It is indicate due to excess presence of pus cells in urine.
UTI is common during pregnancy.
You may need antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
Findings also suggest positive widal test which may indicate typhoid fever.
Single test is not very sensitive.You may need clinical correlation and serial titration for widal test.
Four fold increase in titration is confirmatory for typhoid fever.
These conditions will not harm your fetus.
These conditions are manageable.
